- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

Not able to get an appointment at my GP’s surgery my daughter managed to find Hearing First online. I was met by Jason who did all the required safety checks, was very reassuring and kept me informed about the procedure. I had never had my ears shringed by micro suction before but it was so quick and easy I would strongly recommend it. It was worth the cost to have good hearing again! I thought it a shame that this company isnt more well known, and hope
