- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

Job well done. I have knocked off one star because the instructions about where to wait were unclear — should I have stood outside the pharmacy or come in and stood outside the clinic? But once in, it was done with speed an professionalism.

Easy to book an early appointment at a nearby centre. Very efficient and thorough service and even contacted by practitioner with details of location. Only criticism is the stated pricing which turned out to be much cheaper when I booked. Actual prices (!) were fair, reasonable, and competitive
