About Hearing First

We are a family-owned and run company, and we treat our staff and clients as members of our extended Hearing First family.
Many people are unaware that a significant number of high street hearing aid retailers are part-owned by hearing aid manufacturers. While we are not suggesting that there is anything wrong with that, it can make you wonder if you are getting the very best hearing aid for your particular needs. As an independent family-run hearing aid retailer, we don’t have any manufacturers on our board directing policy, so you can be reassured that our advice is truly independent.
