- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

Having been to another Microsuction company, about a year ago, and been put through a great deal of discomfort, by them, over 2 visits, I was very worried about having my ears Microsuctioned again.
I need not have been, Mary was excellent. She took her time over one of my ears which has caused a problem in the past, and was extremely efficient and caring. She managed, without causing any pain to me, to clear both ears completely.
I will definitely go back to Mary, at Hearing First, who I saw in Enfield, next time I need treatment.
