- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

Very pleasing experience all around. On 24th Nov , I had Ms Anca Condet, who was very friendly and made the whole visit super smooth. It is excellent to have been able to get complete hearing. I was explained how and when to use the Olive oil. I was given a lot of advice.

Great service. Great relief, ringing in the ear stopped and reoccurring of headaches has reduced significantly. Only concern, old wax still come to the surface every morning. Not sure if that is normal or just wasn’t cleaned completely.

I had a very uncomfortable build up of wax in my ears, I had been to the local doctors where the problem was diagnosed but they could not do the removal due to the current COVID restriction. However I found this clinic on line,I booked the appiontment paid up front to move things along,went for treatment and hey presto instant perfect hearing (both ears) the best £60 I’ve spent,great professional service thank you.
I have recommended this service to my family and although they currently live on Merseyside they assure me they will use them.

Very friendly – felt quickly at ease. Samantha explained very clearly what the procedure would be. All painless – with fascinating sound effects during the process! This was the first time I’ve had a problem with ear wax. As I’m a musician, I was finding “hearing inside my head” frustrating. The relief afterwards was wonderful, especially after seeing the amount that came out of the ear. No problems afterwards with dizziness but found it took the ear a couple of days to settle. Thank you!
