- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

I was a bad case of compacted wax in my left ear which needed 3 treatments
of syringing to clear.Mary was patient and careful with me,
because I take a blood thinner and she was aware of the risk of bleeding.
Eventually clearance was achieved, to the relief of both of us? We parted
on friendly terms and I know that regular de-waxing is necessary. I would
choose the clinic, by choice, to undertake this.

Excellent service. Gentle and knowledgeable practitioner who has told me I had mucus trapped in my Eustachian tube and gave me a simple therapy to follow (drug-free). It’s a 4 weeks process and I didn’t complete it yet but I have already seen improvements!.
