- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

As requested I arrived at the surgery early and was called and because of Covid regulations was escorted through early. Everything was explained by Andrew and the pressure both positive and negative demonstrated to put me at ease. The outcome was very successful and I am very pleased with the service. If necessary I would use them again. I did feel that the amount of regulation and form filling could be streamlined and the payment procedure could be made to feel more secure.

The procedure was accomplished with efficient and competent assurance, but at the same time in a friendly, unhurried manner. Helped by surprisingly graphic gestures, reassuring explanations accompanying each stage of the operation enabled me to visualise both what the problem had been and what was going on.
