- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

David made me very welcome. Settled down, he explained the procedure to remove the wax, and after ten minutes he had completed his work leaving me astounded at the volume of wax that he had removed and how improved was my hearing. I will recommend microsuction to everyone I know when speaking about poor hearing, and will never go back to the irrigation process at the doctors.
