- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

First time visit to WGC and Mary made me feel very comfortable, explaining the process and constantly checking if I was happy with her tratment. My right ear deeded a lot of attention but my left ear was OK. Well worth the fee to have both ears treated and I can clearly hear again!

I was treated very well when I went to the Bicester clinic. I didn’t have to wait at all, and was shown into the room and seated comfortably. I was new to the procedure and slightly apprehensive, but it went very smoothly, revealing quite a lot of wax in my left ear and very little in my right. An interesting experience, which I will do again if necessary!
