- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

This appointment was for my partner, who is currently undergoing Chemotherepy, and has very limited mobility. Both her ears were blocked on top of all all the things happening to her, and it was gettin her down.
Within 10 minutes of being seen, the transformation was amazing – she could hear clearly again, and the process was not only quick, but almost unnoticable for her, and she started to become her old self again.
We were both very impressed with the generous attitude of all the staff, and are very grateful for all they done during her visit.
I cannot recommend highly enough – many, many thanks.

I had totally lost all hearing in left ear due to wax that would not come out with normal application of drops in ear. The microsuction process was completely painless and quick, staff were very caring as it was my first time and I can now hear as normal. Excellent service that I would fully recommend.

Waited till I had my annual hearing aid appointment before writing a review. The lady I saw in the Enfield Town practice was very nice and professional, removed the impacted wax very quickly. I did suffer Tinnitus for about a week afterwards, but then thankfully everything settled down. At £80 for less than 30 mins work not cheap that’s why 4 stars , so if you have little choice on treatment you take it. I will say it works
