- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

would like to say a big thanks to beth for giving me my hearing back . i went to a well known chemist who suggested it wasnt wax and insisted i invest in 2 £150 hearing aids i declined the offer and booked in for micro suction at a fraction of the cost and what a wonderful job beth done , would highly reccomend this service .

My audiologist explained clearly what he was doing and why. The treatment was simple, pain-free and effective. The room was pleasant and airy. I had the treatment lying on a couch which is far better than sitting in a chair – I have been treated in other clinics where only a chair was provided. The waiting area is modern and comfortable and I had no difficulty in finding a parking space. The treatment is expensive, but I felt the cost was justified by the service.

My experience of microsuction could not have been better, The practitioner who performed it was reassuring, considerate and expert. I had virtually no hearing in my right ear when he started, and perfect hearing when he finished. I immediately booked an appointment for the left ear (18.6.21: 5.30)

Quick and Friendly and Efficient – Mary hoovered all the gunk out of my ears with no fuss at all.
My only problem was that the appointment reminder showed a different time to the actual appointment (screengrab attached). This led to some confusion.
