- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

This was my first time with micro suction and Beth fully explained the process. The experience was not as bad as first thought as I have previously had a terrible experience years ago elsewhere so was very nervous. Beth was careful and gentle and my hearing has improved.

The only niggle I have is that I had to pay for both ears when I actually only needed one done and booked for only one.

Did not have ear wax but a piece of earplug stuck in my ear canal. Doctor wouldn’t do it and I didn’t want to queue in hospital walk in center so I found this service online! Mary got it out in a jiffy. If you are at all worried about the virus I’ve never seen anyone wearing such head to toe PPE! Very friendly and professional service

I went in because I couldn’t hear anything out of on ear. I was unsure if I needed one or both ears so was advised to pay for one and let the practitioner have a look and decide. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease whilst explaining everything. It was a comfortable environment in the back of the lovely health shop on my high street. Highly recommended.
