- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

Anca was incredible. At 75 years old this was the first time I had had wax removed from my ears. The ear that was totally blocked and in which I had been using Earoil was quickly and gently vacuumed out and with a soft pop I could suddenly hear ; everything seemed so loud! She then checked my other “good” ear and found it too was almost totally blocked – this time with incredibly hard wax that had obviously been there forever- which explained why it had sometimes crackled. She worked away gently for 20 minutes and eventually removed a hard wax and hair plug about an inch long. Amazing. I am arranging for my (recently hard of hearing) wife to go and see Anca!

It took two attempts on my left lughole, so quite expensive in the end but Leena has done a fantastic job and I can hear much better.
The painless removal of all that wax has brought me more relief than repeated irrigation has at my GP’s

My appointment with andrew went well Andrew explained everything I paid for two ears to be done due to fluid in my inner ear in my right ear only one ear was done . Andrew advised on how to help clear it & gave advice if not cleared up after 10 days to speak to dr .

In the past I have had my ears syringed but after a colleague suggested I try micro-suction treatment I found these guys through some local research.
Process was quick, painless and far easier to prepare for in terms of using drops in advance.
I would definitely recommend their services and when the inevitable happens and I need them cleared again I know where I will be going.
