- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

Jonathan was helpful and dealt with my son’s earwax removal professionally. Email information about where the surgery was and where to sit did not correlate with what we had to do when arriving for the appointment. Other wise I will use Hearing First again.

The traffic in Aylesbury is chaotic and consequently it was no surprise to learn that Paul was stuck in traffic. So we

What an excellent service. I wear hearing aids so the problem of wax build is exacerbated. I have previously chose the syringing method but decided to give micro-suction a go. It was quicker, much less discomfort and, most important, did the job! I am a convert – well done Jonathan.
