- Ear Wax Removal provided by one of our expert practitioners for patients aged 18+.
- For children aged 12 – 17, please book an appointment at Microsuction Ear Wax Removal (Age 12 – 17)
- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.
- Please carefully read our Terms and Conditions before booking.
IMPORTANT: Due to COVID-19 regulations, you need to complete a triage and consent form after you have booked. We cannot provide treatment without this form being completed. Please check your email, including Spam or Junk folders for your appointment confirmation email, which has a link to the form. Alternatively, go to https://www.hearingfirst.co.uk/my-account/orders/, view your order and click on the link.

I had great experience at Mill Hill Care Chemist. I booked on line which was easy (after I had spoken on the phone to a very patient and lovely man on the phone ). I booked in for later that day and met the wonderful Mary who resolved my problem. easily and with great humor. Well done team great staff!!!

I was a bit apprehensive at first as I had never had this done before. The operative was very personable and made me feel at ease. I would recommend this treatment

My doctors now decided not to do wax removal even when its compacted and causing pain or hearing loss. Found this clinic after a lengthy google search and decided to gve it a try. My appointment was for the next day which I was very happy about and couldn’t come sooner. The person I saw was Anca and she was fantastic in the Ealing clinic. She explained evrything that was going to happen and after a quick look in my ear, was able to let me know she would be able to remove the wax. I suffer from dizziness/vertigo and Anca was really comforting and made sure not to rush me. The moment the wax was sucked out, I could immediately hear again. I was so relieved. Big thanks to Anca for being so great and also giving me some great advice and answering all my questions.

Samantha was really great with my very elderly father, treating him with the utmost care and attention. We were late as it can be quite difficult to find the parking for Oak Tree Clinic if you haven’t been there before and are hot and bothered. But she was very understanding, and took all the time she needed to look after my father properly. I would definitely recommend.
