- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

Jason was very professional and patient with me (I was quite nervous). He explained the procedure clearly and thoroughly and the procedure itself was fairly quick and successful. My hearing was restored in full by the end and it was a huge relief. Jason also gave some helpful advice re future ear care. I would highly recommend this practice, and will return again if I ever need this procedure again.
