- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

A friend recommended this service. It was easy to book an appointment online. The Clinic was local and very helpful. I was asked questions regarding my ears, and had microsuction on both of them. Everything was explained, how it will feel on my hand the pressure before putting it in my ears. He also explained after care what I have to do for the future with any wax in the future.
