- Ear Wax Removal provided by one of our expert practitioners for patients aged 18+.
- For children aged 12 – 17, please book an appointment at Microsuction Ear Wax Removal (Age 12 – 17)
- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.
- Please carefully read our Terms and Conditions before booking.
IMPORTANT: Due to COVID-19 regulations, you need to complete a triage and consent form after you have booked. We cannot provide treatment without this form being completed. Please check your email, including Spam or Junk folders for your appointment confirmation email, which has a link to the form. PETER HAMLIN –
I was treated by Samantha who spent extra time cleaning my narrow ear canals. Managed to clear the left completely but need a follow-up visit on the right after a week of softening drops to get the last remnants of impacted wax out. Sam gave me some useful tips on maintaining my ears and the micro-suction procedure was more comfortable than usual due to careful hands and modern equipment. If you have blocked ears due to wax this procedure will clear them safely and painlessly.

The whole procedure from booking online through to the actual earwax removal was first class and easy. Andrew was polite and on time. He explained fully what was going to happen and the microsuction was painless. It’s such a relief not to have blocked ears. Highly recommended

The suction treatment for ear wax removal was quick and completely painless and Anca at the Ealing branch was friendly, efficient and explained everything. I would certainly recommend them and return when I need to have my ears done again.

I was highly impressed by my appointment with Mary who is indeed a lovely lady. In my right ear the wax was stuck to my ear drum and very hard to remove despite nearly a week of treatment twice daily with bicarbonate of soda. Mary was extremely gentle and somehow managed to remove it, for which I am most grateful. I highly recommend this service and discovered they can also help with hearing aids.
