- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

I have used this Earwax removal network before and so far have had no problems, except I found it difficult to book online, but I am not very good on my computer. So could not claim my £10 discount. However I would still recommend the service. Mary is always very friendly and helpful.

My appointment had to be rescheduled and they were very clear about the new date and arrangements. The actual appointment went well and the procedure was explained to me in detail. My hearing is now so much better. In addition to the removal of earwax they explained how to prevent or delay the future build up of earwax. There was no hard sell for hearing aids or repeat visits. The whole experience was handled very well and very calm.

We arrived a few minutes before our appointment, we were shown in to a small room, the process was talked through. Thank you David I can now hear again. Every thing was very clean .I was very nervous but need not have been, I would have no hesitation in recomending this process to anyone. Advice was given.
