- Ear Wax Removal provided by one of our expert practitioners for patients aged 18+.
- For children aged 12 – 17, please book an appointment at Microsuction Ear Wax Removal (Age 12 – 17)
- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.
- Please carefully read our Terms and Conditions before booking.
IMPORTANT: Due to COVID-19 regulations, you need to complete a triage and consent form after you have booked. We cannot provide treatment without this form being completed. Please check your email, including Spam or Junk folders for your appointment confirmation email, which has a link to the form. I wasn’t sure what to expect it being my first time using the service. I was instantly put at ease, and the whole proceedure took a matter of minute.
Most impressive however was the knowledge of the practitioner.
I would use again and highly recommend

Both ears sorted out. All very professional yet chatty and concerned for my comfort.
Good advice given after the treatment. I would recommend.

The only place I could get an appointment! Saw Andrew this afternoon and he explained how it worked before starting. Very quick procedure and I can finally hear again! He even checked my other ear for me. Cannot thank you enough and would definitely recommend you.

I went today and it was amazing feeling after having to suffer with 2 weeks of ear pain. I went to the Enfield branch and the lady explained in so much detail she was so lovely. Thanks so much.

had probs with earwax for years,,,doctor syringed every time…had no problems there…no longer availible on nhs…so tried hearing first..well first appointment removed some from left ear…and my right ear was a total fail because it seems too hard (my ear is the main problem always…been deaf for over 2 months with it this time )told not to use olive oil…but the waxsol and earol instead…(appreciate that advice anmd the reasons why )used these for just over 3 weeks daily…returned for my right ear..and once again a little bit removed…no better..still deaf wax to hard ???..so eventually got to see jason…well absolute genius..in he went 6 mins later every bit wax removed…hearing back pretty good again…so i say hearing first does do what they say on the can…but you need to see the right practisioner…cos my first one struggled (no name mentioned here )…i will return when necessary..but to my prefrred choice.

The audiologist was brilliant. Unlike my previous clinic, whom I saw a month earlier, she immediately identified I had an ear infection which was causing my blockage. She took extra time cleaning the ear canal and was very informative about the process. She suggested which medication I needed. A really smooth experience. Yes, microsuction is expensive, but it works. And I can hear 100 per cent now!

I have just had my wax removed for the 4th year with Breda. If I had any complaints I wouldn’t keep coming back! The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there always seems to be a small amount of wax/dry skin which is too near the drum to be safely removed. I am told to do three more applications of Erol over the next three days but I am not invited back to see if this is successful. Maybe this could happen for a small additional cost?
