- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

Excellent new facility at Lichfield, plenty of parking locally. Beth was excellent, checked both ears and removed substantial amount of wax from my left ear painlessly. I was surprised how blocked my ear was. Beth put me right at ease, explained the procedure and talked all the way through. Excellent would strongly recommend a visit if you have problems.
