From: Original price was: £125.00.£90.00Current price is: £90.00. inc VAT 15 minutes
- Ear Wax Removal provided by one of our expert practitioners for patients aged 18+.
- For children aged 12 – 17, please book an appointment at Microsuction Ear Wax Removal (Age 12 – 17)
- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.
- Please carefully read our Terms and Conditions before booking.
IMPORTANT: Due to COVID-19 regulations, you need to complete a triage and consent form after you have booked. We cannot provide treatment without this form being completed. Please check your email, including Spam or Junk folders for your appointment confirmation email, which has a link to the form. Alternatively, go to https://www.hearingfirst.co.uk/my-account/orders/, view your order and click on the link.

Booking was straightforward although advice on frequency and length of time for use of Earol varied according to which part of weebsite/terms and conditions you read. Jason was punctual, careful, and thorough when removing wax from both ears.

Beth unblocked two ears full of wax. She explained everything before and during the procedure which was painless and quick. Great advice given as well to help you avoid wax building up in the first place!

Faye Yearsley was very good at explaining what was going to happen and how it would feel. Faye was very thorough and it was great to leave being able to hear everything after being deaf for nearly two weeks
