- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

My mother has been in pain and discomfort with her ears for 9 weeks now and her GP had tried water and drops but to no avail. My mother is a very anxious lady and gets worried regarding services online I researched your clinic and reassured her it was legit and we booked online and was pleasantly surprised at the quickness my mother could be seen. She did get a little worried when she saw the consultant treating her was a Mr Bean but I reassured her again that it was ok. Anyway Mr Bean was professional, reassuring and friendly and after the treatment my mother could hear again. Thank you so much and can not recommend you enough.

Needed both ears cleared urgently and couldn’t have done at my doctors practice because of the time wait and the fact they don’t do this procedure. Had both ears done by Andrew who made the whole experience easy, detected an infection in my right ear and followed up my appointment with an email including photo of my inner ear to show to my Dr as was in need of antibiotics. Very very good service

Booked for both ears for my wife, we were early they let both me and my wife into the room for her appointment and Beth was fantastic and calm amd reassuring, she asked straight forward questions and answered what was to be expected from the appointment.
Beth Did both ears within 10 minutes as we had done 4+ days or Earol olive oil ear spray.
Would definitely recommend and I will also look into getting ears cleaned through themselves if and when I need
