- Some of our Audiologists are clinically vulnerable and may ask you to wear a type iiR mask and will provide one if required. We thank you for your cooperation
- We strongly recommend that you soften your ear wax with Earol spray, 2 squirts in each ear (optionally with the addition of 2 drops of glycerol), 4 times a day for at least 5 days prior to your appointment. If you want to use cotton wool to hold the oil in, first saturate the cotton wool in petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline), so the cotton wool doesn’t soak up all the Earol. Make sure you squirt the Earol over a sink until you see oil spray out in order to expel any air prior to application.

This is a much better procedure than the usual irrigation offered by doctors. I visited my GP prior to receiving this treatment and he recommended I had it done.

Very happy with the micro suction carried out by Faye at the Trumpington clinic. After 15 years accumulation, one ear proved a bit stubborn but Faye persevered and eventually managed to remove the offending article. So relieved!
