Hmmm… That’s most peculiar…. You filled in our Covid-19 Triage Form but when asked “Do you understand the introduction?”, you answered “No”.
Due to Covid-19 regulations, before you can book you MUST complete a triage and not have any Coronavirus symptoms, have an unhealed perforated eardrum, or have recently come back from a quarantine country.
