How Do I Change My Appointment?

Due to the way the appointment system works, in order to change your appointment you first need to cancel it, and then you can book a new one. The quickest way to do this is to go to My Appointments and click cancel next to the appointment you want to change. Please bear in mind our cancellation policy requires a minimum 36 hours notice to cancel an appointment. This means you must cancel your appointment at least 36 hours prior to your appointment start time. If the Cancel button does not show, this means there are less than 36 hours prior to your appointment start time. We have a 36-hour cancellation policy as regrettably, we are unable to re-allocate the appointment time to another patient at short notice or retrospectively.

Once the appointment is cancelled, you can then request a refund for the appointment. Head to My Orders, where you can request a refund. If you do this on the same day that you booked and paid for your appointment, the transaction will usually be voided, which means the bank will erase it as if it never happened.

You will then need to rebook your appointment. For microsuction ear wax removal, please go to https://www.hearingfirst.co.uk/welcome-book-a-microsuction-ear-wax-removal-appointment-online-with-hearing-first/

If you rebook at a different clinic, a different time of day or closer to the appointment date, then the price may be different.

It is a convoluted process, but is unfortunately made necessary by the complexity of our appointment system.
