In order to change your appointment, you first need to cancel it, and then you can book a new one. The quickest way to do this is to go to My Appointments and click cancel next to the appointment you want to change. Please bear in mind our cancellation policy requires 36 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

Once the appointment is cancelled, you can then request store credit for the appointment and use that to book a new one. Head to My Orders, where you can request a refund as store credit.

It is a convoluted process, but is unfortunately made necessary by the requirement to triage everybody before they can book an appointment.
