To cancel your appointment please go to My Appointments and click Cancel next to the appointment. That will cancel the appointment and allow the slot to be booked by someone else. Please bear in mind our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 36 hours notice to cancel an appointment. This means that you need to cancel the appointment at least 36 hours prior to the appointment start time. If the Cancel button is not visible, it means that there are less than 36 hours before the appointment. We have 36-hour cancellation policy as regrettably, we are unable to re-allocate the appointment time to another patient at short notice or retrospectively.
Once the appointment has been cancelled, you can then request a refund. To request a refund, go to My Orders and click on the order relating to the appointment, then request a refund.
If you request a card refund on the same day you made your booking, your original card transaction will normally be cancelled (as if it never happened). If you request a refund after that, your refund will instantly be processed, and will normally be available to you immediately, but can sometimes take up to 10 working days for your card issuer to credit your account. This is beyond our control and is down to your card issuer or payment service.
