To cancel your appointment please go to My Appointments and click cancel next to the appointment. That will cancel the appointment and allow the slot to be booked by someone else. Please bear in mind our cancellation policy requires 36 hours notice to cancel an appointment.
Once the appointment has been cancelled, you can then request a refund. To request a refund, go to My Orders and click on the order relating to the appointment, then request a refund.
If you request a card refund on the same day you made your booking, your original card transaction will normally be cancelled (as if it never happened). If you request a refund after that, your refund will instantly be processed, and will normally be available to you immediately, but can sometimes take a few days for your card issuer to credit your account.
