In order to change your appointment, you’ll first need to cancel your appointment. The quickest way to do this is to go to and cancel the order. That will cancel both the order and the appointment. Please bear in mind our cancellation policy requires 36 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

Once the order status is “Cancelled”, it will then allow you to request a refund. You can request either a refund back to your card, or you can request vouchers to the value of your order. If you request a card refund, this will automatically be processed immediately, but can sometimes take a few days for your card issuer to credit the amount to your account.
