The quickest way to cancel your appointment is to go to and cancel the order. That will cancel both the order and the appointment. Please bear in mind our cancellation policy requires 36 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

Once the order status is “Cancelled”, it will then allow you to request a refund. To request a refund, go back once again to and click on “Request refund” next to the order.

You can request either a refund back to your card, or you can request vouchers to the value of your order. If you request a card refund on the same day you made your booking, your original card transaction will normally be cancelled (as if it never happened). If you request a refund after that, your refund will instantly be processed, but can sometimes take a few days for your card issuer to credit your account.
